Introducing Pilot — This beautiful dog was born around June 2022. This wiggle machine is guaranteed to steal hearts with the cutest full-body wag you’ve ever seen.
She’s bursting with enthusiasm, full of personality, and has a real zest for life.
Pilot is affectionate, sensitive, and deeply connected to her people once she trusts you. Her love language is touch and quality time, and she’ll happily sneak in for cuddles when you least expect it, making you feel like the centre of her universe.
That said, she does take a little time to warm up to new people, and some men can initially make her nervous. Patience, kindness, and allowing her to build trust at her own pace go a long way with this sweet girl.
Pilot absolutely loves puzzles, chew toys, adventures, and staying busy. She’s energetic, intelligent, and would likely thrive in activities like agility or an active-lifestyle household where she can put both her brain and body to work. She also has a strong instinct to chase moving things, so she is not suited to homes with cats, small pets, or livestock. Because of this, Pilot is muzzle-trained and will need to wear her muzzle in public settings to help keep everyone safe and avoid any unfortunate mishaps if something triggers that chase drive. She handles her muzzle well and it has become part of her normal routine.
Pilot enjoys other dogs. Because she can be quite timid and unsure of herself at times, she would do best in a home with another calm, confident dog who can help show her the ropes and build her confidence.
Pilot is looking for a patient, understanding home that will embrace both her goofy, adventurous side and her sensitive nature. In return, you’ll get a loyal best friend, an enthusiastic hiking buddy, and a professional-grade cuddle bug all rolled into one.
